missingWrote a review on Jun 29unreliable wifi
Unfortunately, the internet connection in my first room was hit or miss, which necessitated an upgrade. The hot water fluctuated, making showers feel like an ice bath or a steam room. I also ran out of body soap unexpectedly. On top of that, the noise from an auto alarm woke me up early on several mornings despite several requests to have it addressed. The gym left much to be desired, as it was small and dated, without any wifi. Even the common areas could use a boost in connectivity for guests wanting to unwind or get work done. Finally, the breakfast experience was slower than I hoped, as dishes piled up while I waited for service.

The spacious Standard Twin Room impressed with its design, making for a comforting stay. Dining on authentic Italian pizza was a highlight, showcasing the kitchen's talent, while the friendly staff made every interaction enjoyable. However, the noise from nearby events disrupted my relaxation. Additionally, the location, although in a quiet neighborhood, made accessing some attractions a bit challenging. Lastly, the gym facilities were a letdown, lacking necessary equipment.

I had a great stay in a spacious Superior Junior Suite. The room felt luxurious with plenty of space to relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet? Absolutely delicious with so many options. Enjoyed the pisco sour at the bar. it was a highlight! A few things could improve though. The gym equipment seemed outdated and the hot water took forever to heat up in the shower. The swimming pool area felt cramped too. Still, the overall experience was positive.
